Terms
Last updated: 27 September 2026. These terms are between you and deathmatch.cc ("we").
1. What we make
We make satirical claymation fight videos to order. You send photos (and optionally voice clips and ideas); a person reviews your order, creates clay figures of the two people, and produces the video using AI video tools. Every video is checked by a person before delivery.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older. Both people shown or heard in your order must be 18 or older.
3. Permission - your promises to us
- You have explicit permission from both people to use their photos, and from anyone whose voice you upload to use their voice, for this video.
- You can show us that agreement if we ask.
- You own the files you upload or are allowed to use them.
- The order follows our rules on what we make.
If any of this isn't true, we may decline or remove the order and the video.
4. Review and our right to decline
We review every order by hand and may decline any order for any reason, including anything that seems aimed at hurting, harassing or embarrassing someone against their wishes. If we decline, you are not charged.
5. Payment
At checkout your card is authorised, not charged. We charge it only when we accept your order. If we decline the order, or don't review it before the authorisation lapses (usually about 7 days), the hold is released and you pay nothing. Prices are shown in pounds, dollars or euros and are final.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 24 hours of accepting your order; occasionally it can take up to 48 hours. Your video is available from your order page for 30 days, then deleted. Please download it within that time.
7. Your right to cancel
The video is made specifically for you. When you place your order you ask us to start making it as soon as we accept it, and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once we begin. Until we accept it you can cancel at any time and pay nothing. See refunds and cancellations.
8. What you can do with the video
You may keep, download and share the video for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media. Please switch on the platform's "AI-generated" label when you post. You may not use it to harass anyone, pass it off as real footage, or use it commercially without our written agreement.
9. Showcasing (only if you opt in)
If you tick the showcase box, you confirm both people agreed, and you let us show the video on our website and social media. Ask us at any time and we'll take it down within 7 days.
10. Satire
Our videos are obvious cartoon satire made from clay figures. They are not real events and don't represent anyone's real views or behaviour.
11. Our responsibility
We make the video with reasonable care and skill. Videos are made by AI, so we can't guarantee how each one turns out, and we don't offer re-makes on request - see refunds and cancellations. We're not responsible for how you or others use the video after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
